Conflict Minerals Policy

The Conflict Minerals Issues was highlighted by the enactment of The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of the U.S. in July 2010. On August 2012, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted the final law.

HIGH COMPONENTS AOMORI CO.,LTD. recognizes the Conflict Minerals Issues as a consistence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and we address the issues as follows.

  • We address the issues along HIGH COMPONENTS AOMORI CSR Charter with agreement of the contents of OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
  • We construct the system to control Conflict Minerals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold) contained in our products and continue the effort of using low risk materials.
  • Coordinating closely with the industry group, we do the research rationally and effectively based on industrial standard.
  • We quickly share information about Conflict Minerals which we gain through our supply chain.

We'll coordinate closely with our supplier and customers, then address the issue seriously and certainly to fulfill social responsibility.
